We’re looking for a E-commerce Specialist to join our Norwegian team for a temporary role (maternity cover). This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in one of XXL’s key e-com markets and learn a lot along the way.

You’ll help bring campaigns to life, support in improving the customer journey, and use CRM insights in Elevate to highlight the right products to the right people. You’ll work closely with different teams and be part of boosting our online store’s performance.

• Execute campaigns across XXL’s digital sales channels 
• Participate in campaign planning in collaboration with Brand & Marketing teams.
• Contribute to post-campaign evaluations and analytics reporting.
• Continuously improve product presentation to boost up-sell, cross-sell, and add-on sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the CRM and Market Coordinator teams to adjust product displays based on commercial goals and customer data.
• Maintain and optimize editorial content on various pages including:
  • Product & category pages
  • Brand pages
  • Guide/article pages
  • Service pages
• Provide actionable insights on local trends related to shopping behavior, logistics, and payment preferences.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date store information is displayed online (name, hours, services, etc.).
• Set up and implement co marketing and joint marketing activities online
